Chad creates and curates building design technology-related content for Eagle Point’s Pinnacle Series platform. He provides training for customers implementing architectural and engineering software in their organizations. Chad helps customers improve the use of their expensive and complex design software through training and consultation and provides quality assurance assistance for fellow content producers. He also stays on top of industry trends and common problems that customers face. He received raving reviews for BIM 360 content for Autodesk and has conducted large live training events throughout his career.
Chad has more than 20 years of experience with architectural and engineering software and spent more than a decade directly helping organizations transition and fully adopt new technologies. Chad studied at Parkland Community College and the University of Illinois.
