For most of my career, I have worked on the supply chain side of the AEC industry. Back in 2021, I was ready for my next challenge in my career but was wanting more of a customer-facing role. Through much research, I learned that my passion to foster relationships and provide desired outcomes for my customers would make me a great fit for customer success. Through further education to build my customer success skills and networking, I was connected with Eagle Point. After the interview process, I knew this was the perfect company for me to join because Pinnacle Series has an endless amount of potential and the culture at Eagle Point is truly family-like. --- #### What’s your favorite part of your job?
