Course Description This lesson informs you of the liabilities and consequences associated with sexual harassment and other types of harassment in the workplace. Additionally, it covers how to respond when harassment occurs, the aspects of a harassment investigation, the dangers of retaliation, and the steps both employees and management must take in order to prevent sexual or other types of harassment.

Violence in the Workplace Course (Approximate Duration: 40 minutes)
Course Description In this lesson, the student will learn what workplace violence is, which occupations are at increased risk for workplace violence, the categories of workplace violence, precautions to help prevent workplace violence, the warning signs of violent behavior and how to respond to warning signs, how to respond to a violent event occurring, and what to do after a violent event occurs.
COVID-19 Masks, Coverings, and Respirators Course (Approximate Duration: 10 minutes)
Course Description This lesson covers the differences between face masks, face coverings, and respirators, such as the N95 mask. The lesson also provides an awareness of an employer’s responsibilities for respirator use in the workplace.
COVID-19: Workplace Safety Course (Approximate Duration: 35 minutes)
Course Description This lesson will address the hazards posed by the coronavirus (COVID-19), how it is transmitted, its symptoms and how to respond to them, and the types of work that present a high risk of exposure. You will also learn how you can prevent the spread of COVID-19, your employer’s responsibilities related to protecting you from exposure to the virus, and the types of controls that can be used in your workplace that will help prevent its spread. This training is subject to change as research on the virus and its variants continues.
Disinfecting the Workplace for COVID-19 Course (Approximate Duration: 15 minutes)
Course Description You will learn to recognize the difference between cleaning and disinfecting, which products are effective against COVID-19, and how to use them correctly and safely. You will also learn steps you can take to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in your workplace once you’ve cleaned and disinfected your work environment.
Absences from the Workplace Course (Approximate Duration: 30 minutes)
Course Description The goal of this lesson is to introduce employees to the federal laws that cover absences from the workplace for jury duty leave, military leave, and family and medical leave.
Discrimination-Free Workplace Course (Approximate Duration: 20 minutes)
Course Description This lesson provides an awareness of issues relating to discrimination in the workplace and practical considerations for avoiding discriminatory practices, including discrimination associated with race, color, religion, creed, sex, national origin, age, citizenship, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identification, political ideology, medical condition, sensory, physical or mental disability, or any other characteristic protected by local, state or federal law.
Active Shooter Response Course (Approximate Duration: 25 minutes)
Course Description In this lesson, employees will learn what an active shooter event is, who is at increased risk in an active shooter event, the planning, training, and preparation steps to survive an active shooter event, the physiological reactions in an active shooter event, how to recognize an active shooter event, how to respond to an active shooter event occurring, what to do after an active shooter event occurs, and resources for additional information on preparation for an active shooter event.
Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Course (Approximate Duration: 30 minutes)
Course Description The goal of this lesson is to reduce the financial and personnel cost of injuries and lost workdays due to controllable factors such as illness, use of medication, and drug and alcohol use.
Ethics Course (Approximate Duration: 30 minutes)
Course Description This lesson will help employees identify the purpose of an Ethics program, recognize specific ethics standards and their responsibility to comply with them, identify disciplinary actions that can result from non-compliance, and identify how to properly raise ethical concerns and seek additional counsel. Employees will also recognize the application of ethics principles through the use of case studies.
Reporting Sexual Harassment Course (Approximate Duration: 15 minutes)
Course Description This lesson teaches how to report an incident of sexual harassment and to empower victims and witnesses to report the incident through the reassurance that they are not alone, and they are protected by law from retaliation by their employer or the harasser.
Resilience and Stress Management Course (Approximate Duration: 15 minutes)
Course Description This lesson introduces you to the positive and negative aspects of stress, how stress can affect you, and ways to manage it while developing and strengthening your resilience.
