    Course Description

    In this course, you will learn how to use Rehab Corridors in Civil 3D to optimize cross slope grading on road and highway rehab projects.  Rehab Corridors simplify the workflow by leveraging lane and rehab inputs to create the rehab assembly for your corridor.  Rehab Corridor tools make it easier to create, view, and edit your corridor models and assemblies.  The Rehab Parameters allow you to control how existing lane slopes are calculated, how ideal cross slopes are applied to your design, and whether to use cross slope corrections.  Rehab inputs also allow you to set the mill and level type for your project design, including the overlay depth, minimum level depth, and minimum mill depth.  And the Rehab Manager allows you to create corrected cross slope and milling and leveling reports.

     

    Course Objectives

    The material presented in this course teach you how to:

    · Create a Rehab Corridor

    · Calculate existing lane cross slopes

    · Optimize lane cross slopes for lane overlays and widenings

    · Overlay, mill, and level rehab corridors

    · Use Parameter References to match lane slopes in an assembly

    · Calculate overlay, mill, and level quantities

     

    Course Prerequisites

    To participate in this training course, you should have the following:

    · Knowledge and experience working with corridor models in Civil 3D.
