    Exchanging Data between Civil 3D & InfoDrainage Ultimate 

    (Course Duration: 33 minutes)

     

    Course Description 

    In this course, you will learn what InfoDrainage Ultimate is and how Civil 3D Users can benefit from using this version of the software. The start of the course will review the benefits of the Ultimate version and the general workflow used between Civil 3D and InfoDrainage. The Innovyze ribbon within Civil 3D will be reviewed and a pipe network will be exported from Civil 3D as an InfoDrainage file. In InfoDrainage the pipe network will be reviewed and analyzed. The updated InfoDrainage file will then be imported back into Civil 3D with any updates to the pipe system.  

     

    NOTE: This course is specific to InfoDrainage Ultimate 2024 or newer.

     

    Course Objectives 

    The material presented in this course will teach you how to: 

    · Comprehend the workflow between Civil 3D and InfoDrainage.  

    · Export Pipe Networks from Civil 3D to InfoDrainage. 

    · Review Pipe and Junction data within InfoDrainage. 

    · Run an Analysis of the Pipe Network in InfoDrainage. 

    · Import the updated Pipe Network into Civil 3D. 

     

    Course Prerequisites

    To participate in this training course, you should have a working knowledge of Civil 3D and experience with drainage design.
