Bluebeam Revu can be used for Cost Estimation. In this process we will demonstrate how to set up the document and interface for efficient cost estimation, create measurements, and then use those measurements in the markups list to generate a cost estimate.
Punch Lists

Bluebeam Revu can be used for punch lists. In this process we will demonstrate how to set up the document and interface for efficient punch list creation, add punchkeys to the PDF document, and then assign punch list items to individuals for follow through.
Construction Modeling

Bluebeam Revu can compile and organize a set of PDFs or a multipage PDF automatically generating bookmarks and hyperlinks. Markups can be applied to address concerns or problems in the construction management workflow and provide communication to designers or other construction personnel.
