Steve Biver is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Eagle Point Software. Steve is responsible for leading Eagle Point’s strategic initiatives that are driving revenue growth and further global expansion.

Steve joined the Eagle Point software team in 2006. On his way to becoming COO, he held roles in leadership, support, and engineering. Steve has played a significant role in the development and release of the Pinnacle Series learning platform. One of Steve’s major achievements was establishing Eagle Point Software’s reseller partner channel – now over 35 partners worldwide.

Looking forward, Steve is excited about the future of Eagle Point. He has his sights set on bringing together the right people, processes, and strategies to lead Eagle Point Software’s continued growth.

Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University. It’s at Iowa State where he began is 18+ year career in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. In addition, Steve has been a speaker at AEC industry conference around the world including Autodesk University.

A dedicated family man, Steve spends his time outside of work with his family and kids, enjoying the balance he believes is essential for professional success.
