With over 20 years of experience across scientific research, higher education, and content development, Mike Ivanov leads Eagle Point Software’s Content Development Team. In his current role, Mike has expanded the content team to cover new disciplines and spearheaded the standardization of content processes to produce more engaging and diverse content.

Mike’s career began as a chemist and academic, where his passion for analytical chemistry and Elearning merged. Mike held faculty positions at Loras College and North East Iowa Community College, where he lectured in chemistry and physics. Transitioning to McGraw Hill Higher Education, Mike drove significant business growth managing portfolios in the GeoSciences sector. His leadership was instrumental in launching several first-edition texts.

Mike earned his PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Iowa, His expertise in nanomaterials and biosensor development has been published and is still referenced in contemporary research.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys cycling, yoga, cooking, and spending time with his family. He is also passionate about watches, craft beer, and sports.
