Supercharged features for next-level learning.
Since the launch of Peak Experience last month, we’ve rolled out a number of enhanced and supercharged features helping our users get more out of our platform. The Peak Experience offers clients an entirely new approach to creating and managing content, assigning learning and assessments, and a new end user experience. We’ve also rolled out Pinnacle AI and a new integration with KnowledgeSmart, both of which are available in Peak Experience as well as Pinnacle Classic.
The work isn’t done, however, and our latest feature release includes some long-awaited enhancements for both users and admins. Read the details below for what’s new, and stay till the end to learn what we have coming down the pipeline.
Some of our most exciting upgrades this round come from the end user portal. We’ve added new tools to help learners organize their environment, see their achievements, and keep track of relevant training. These features include:
End users may now click the recommend button on individual content items and the total count will update
We’ve heard your feedback and removed some visual clutter from the libraries landing page to now focus on a more simple and clean design.
All personalized learning assigned to the user will now be available to end users within the Peak Experience and feature the KnowledgeSmart trophy applied in both the list and tile views.
Users will now be able to enroll in personalized learning from the Learning Path overview page and Search results page. This will allow users to personalize either a single course or the entire learning path by assigning themselves the assessment. Completing the assessment before beginning learning will ensure users’ learning time is optimized and catered to their individual skill gaps.
This admin-enabled feature allows users to enroll in personalized learning directly from their enrollment history area once they have completed an assessment. By viewing their completed assessments, users will now not only see their scores, but also help to close their skill gaps by enrolling in personalized learning.
Once a user has been enrolled into personalized learning, only the content they need to complete will be assigned to them. However, while viewing their course, users will now be able to use the latest features to have transparency into the items they tested out of and the opportunity to review them if they choose.
Training is an integral part of company culture for our clients—that’s why they’ve chosen Pinnacle Series in the first place. We want to ensure that they can make our platform feel like home. Our new branding and customization capabilities give clients more control over the look and feel of our platform—including the logo in both large and collapsed forms, background image, theme, and fonts—so that their users can know they’re getting their training from a trusted source.
These changes will override any partner settings for branding and customization, making it easier for our clients to make training their own.
Over the coming months we will continue to release new features and upgrades to expand the functionality of the Peak Experience. These will include new content organization tools for highlighting libraries, trigger notifications when libraries are updated, and custom email templates to notify users about new training content. Keep an eye on our Peak Experience page for the latest updates.
