  How to send a submittal using Info Exchange
  How to markup a submittal using Info Exchange
  How to respond to a submittal using Info Exchange.

• Working with RFIs through Info Exchange for External Users

  This course is designed for external users of Project Center who are using Info Exchange to send and respond to RFIs.

  The material presented in this course helps you gain an understanding of the following topics:
  How to send an RFI using Newforma Info Exchange 
  How to review RFIs for a project 
  How to provide a review response to RFIs
  How to produce a report within the RFI Activity Center on Info Exchange

  Approximate Duration: 30 minutes.

• Working with Action Items for External Users on Info Exchange

  This course is designed for users who are external users of Project Center and use Info Exchange to work with Action Items.

  The material presented in this course helps you gain an understanding of the following topics:
  How to create action items.
  How to view and filter action items.
  How to modify existing action items.
