Amanda Wachendorf is the Director of Product Management at Eagle Point Software, where she oversees the development and delivery of the Pinnacle Series learning solutions.
Amanda joined the Eagle Point Software team in 2018 as the first Customer Success Manager. Since then, Amanda has demonstrated exceptional leadership in building and scaling teams, optimizing processes, and delivering client-centric solutions. In 2022, Amanda took on the role of Director of Product Management, leveraging her diverse industry experiences to drive innovation in the Pinnacle Series learning solutions.
Amanda’s vision is to stay closely aligned with the evolving needs of clients and industries to guide the enhancement of the Pinnacle Series platform.
Outside of her professional life, Amanda enjoys spending quality time with her family, gardening, cooking, and hosting gatherings. An avid traveler and foodie, she loves exploring new restaurants and participating in Tough Mudder races.
Amanda earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Clarke University, which supports her deep understanding of client needs and change management.
