As the Vice President of Human Resources, Angie Kruser plays a key role in shaping the organizational culture and driving initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement at Eagle Point Software. With over 25 years of experience in human resources spanning the hospitality, retail, and software industries, Angie is passionate about creating an environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and inspired to excel. Angie’s passion and belief in the transformative power of a positive workplace culture has Eagle Point Software well positioned for growth in the coming years.
Angie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin Platteville, along with SHRM and PHR certifications. She is an active member of the Tri-State Human Resources Association and the Society for Human Resources Management. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, boating, and exercising.
