As the Vice President of Marketing at Eagle Point Software, Jim TeDesco is responsible for the development and execution of the global marketing strategy, including brand, demand generation, events, advertising, communications, partner marketing, and digital marketing.

Jim has a passion for marketing as well as the manufacturing technology sector. Prior to joining Eagle Point Software team in 2023, Jim served as the marketing leader at Computer Aided Technology (CATI), a leading provider of product development/manufacturing software and professional services. During his 13-year tenure at CATI, he built the marketing function and team from the ground up while aligning marketing and sales strategies to facilitate revenue growth. As a member of the executive leadership team, he played an important role in steering corporate strategy as well as multiple M&A events, and private equity engagements.

His vision for his role at Eagle Point Software is to create a world-class marketing team that supports corporate marketing initiatives and the partner channel, driving organizational growth.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, with concentrations in Marketing and Business Management from Penn State University. One of Jim’s notable achievements includes winning a Silver Telly Award in public relations for non-broadcast media.

Outside of his professional life, Jim enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing guitar, cooking, sporting events, music, and engaging in a variety of outdoor activities.
