• Site / Coordination Revit Project

  When working on a larger project with multiple buildings or if you want to coordinate your project based on the project’s civil engineer or surveyor coordinates it is recommended that you create a separate Site project. This will enable you to take advantage of Revit’s Survey Point to match the real world coordinates and then set the Project Base Point to a project grid intersection or other significant benchmark. This model can also be used to work on the site conditions themselves without having to worry about the building elements per se. The tasks in this process describe the recommended steps to create this model.
