  • Import assessment to draft library

    How to edit and configure an assessment
    This Process steps through the tasks that will guide you on how to import a published skill assessment to your draft library in order to re-configure it or adjust test settings.
    You have full editorial control over the published skill assessment content and even have the ability to author bespoke content using the intuitive KnowledgeSmart assessment or audit builder.

    You will need to import the assessment to your draft library in order to perform the following actions:
    Re-name the assessment
    Re-configure the assessment modules (the groups of questions)
    Configure the test (adjust the number of available questions vs the number of assigned questions)
    Adjust file download settings (you can provide an internal link or they can download them during the assessment)
    Apply a time-limit
    Author a welcome message
    Adjust the category tags (this helps you keep your content organised and easy to find)
    Select a general survey to append to the end of the skill assessment
    Activate exam mode with band descriptions instead of assessment scores.

  • Prepare For The Assessment Roll Out

    This process guides you through all the tasks you need to complete before sending out the assessment invite or initiating the assessment session.

    There are a number of tasks that can help with post-assessment result analysis. This process will guide you on how to:

    Assign manager status to selected users inside your KnowledgeSmart admin dashboard
    Create a recruitment team which will facilitate a consolidated view of interviewee results and also create a valuable audit trail for due diligence.

  • Assessment Roll-Out

    This process guides you through the tasks you need to execute to roll out your interviewee assessment plan.

  • View Candidate Results

    Result Analysis

    You can candidate results as a manager within your manager profile.
    Managers can select assessment scores to show the full assessment report.

    As an administrator you can view and analyse your candidate assessment results within the platform using the results menu or data query builder on the main screen, or you can take an export and analyse it inside a business intelligence software like Power BI.
    KnowledgeSmart provides a Power BI template pre-populated with demo-data to help you get started.
