This process includes the tasks necessary to create existing or a pre-determined design pipe networks. This Process is for the network layout, modification and refinement but does NOT incorporate Part Rules or Interference Checks.
Common terms used throughout this process: Network – A collection of interconnected structures and pipes. Pipe Run – One or more structures and/or pipes that are connected in series. Also known as a pipe reach.
Although these tasks are recommended as a best practice for a typical pipe layout, some variances may be warranted for unique circumstances.
