FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Dubuque, Iowa — August 18, 2026 — Eagle Point Software, creator of Pinnacle Series, today announced a new partnership with AVAIL, a leading provider of BIM content management software for AEC design teams. Through the partnership, AVAIL training content will be added to Pinnacle Series, expanding the platform’s growing library of software training and practical learning resources for architecture, engineering, and construction professionals.

AVAIL is AEC’s all-in-one content management solution. Serving as a single, streamlined content management and access solution for AEC firms, AVAIL’s content management platform and add-ins for Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D centralize access to all of a firm’s technical content for easy search and reuse. For multidisciplinary firms managing combined architectural, landscape, interiors, and engineering content, AVAIL stretches across all disciplines, file types, and content locations so production teams can find everything they need, all in one place. No more juggling fragmented tools or single-point solutions.

Through this collaboration, training content for AVAIL is now available within Eagle Point Software’s Pinnacle Series platform. The addition of AVAIL training content to Pinnacle Series will provide learning for streamlining file retrieval across storage systems.

“Every minute a designer spends hunting for the right file is a minute not spent on the work that actually moves a project forward,” said Steve Biver, COO of Eagle Point Software. “AVAIL addresses a challenge that design teams face every day: finding and managing the content they need across projects and systems. By bringing AVAIL training into Pinnacle Series, we’re helping customers build the skills needed to use those tools effectively while continuing to expand the breadth of software training and knowledge available through the platform.”

The partnership reflects both companies’ shared focus on helping AEC organizations work more effectively by combining content management technology with practical training and guidance. Together, Eagle Point Software and AVAIL are making it easier for firms to develop the skills and processes needed to support project delivery.

“Successful software adoption starts with making training easy to access from day one,” said Clay Watson, Director of Customer Success at AVAIL. “Partnering with Eagle Point Software gives our customers a more seamless way to onboard new users and build confidence with AVAIL, helping teams spend less time coordinating training and more time getting value from the platform.”
