Haley Lundgren – Customer Success Manager
Haley joined the Eagle Point Software team in 2019. As a Customer Success Manager, she’s responsible for driving value for large and enterprise-sized clients in the AEC and manufacturing industries, as well as customer retention, growth, adoption, and success with Pinnacle Series. Haley’s primary focus is to work with clients to proactively identify risks, effectively apply change management, tackle internal challenges, and consult clients for technology adoption and expansion.
Haley received an Associate of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing and an Associate of Applied Science in Healthcare Information from Northeast College, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from the University of Dubuque. She is also certified as a Registered Health Information Technician.
Mary Forbes – Customer Success Manager
Mary has been part of the Eagle Point Software team since 2018. As a Customer Success Manager, her primary responsibilities revolve around leading and supporting customer implementations of Pinnacle Series, with a focus on driving adoption and usage among enterprise-sized accounts. Mary has more than 20 years of experience in project management and driving process improvements, including software implementations. She received her bachelor’s degree from Loras College, and her MBA from the University of Dubuque.
