The Project Explorer is included and installed with the Civil 3D software. It provides a comprehensive and intuitive workspace that you can use to edit Civil 3D data and create reports and tables. It allows you to view object properties and sub-object data from drawing files, in tabular form. The interface is customizable, along with the reports, tables, and exported DWG files.
