Project Configurations

Project Configurations Course Introduction Guardian's Project Configurations is a powerful feature that applies Guardian's proactive protections to all project models. Project Configurations perform like templates, automatically applying Guardian's protections when a new project model is registered with Guardian. In addition, any change to the settings within the Project Configuration will automatically propagate in all models with that Project Configuration applied. This provides live control of project models. Course Objectives The material presented in this course will teach you: Learn strategies for establishing and configuring Project Configurations. Learn how to configure each of Guardian's Custom Interactions features, such as Protected Pins, rules - based protections, and Sync Traffic Control. Workset Manager

Workset Manager Course Introduction Guardian's Workset Manager addresses two distinct limitations of Worksets- Consistent creation and naming of Worksets and the placement of elements onto the correct Worksets. Workset Manager allows Company Administrators to create predefined Workset Sets that function as a template and can be automatically created when work sharing is enabled. Workset Manger can also automate the placement of modeled elements onto the correct workset. Course Objectives The material presented in this course will teach you: Learn how to create Workset Sets that can automatically create all necessary worksets for the project model when work sharing is enabled. Learn how to utilize rules-based automations to place modeled elements onto the correct worksets without user input.
