The MicroStation V8i VBA Essentials course orients students to the features of the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) development environment specific to MicroStation. These include emulating common user tasks such as locating elements and performing global changes to design file contents. Although this course is not intended to be a comprehensive introduction to VBA or the Visual Basic programming language, students will learn how to make efficient use of the VBA Interactive Developer Environment (IDE), including the macro recorder and the Visual Basic Editor.
