WEM001 - Working with the Energy Model - Earn 1 AIA (USA) LU. This course is eligible for AIA Continuing Education Credits. AIA (USA) Learning Objectives · You will learn how to develop and analyze the energy model for the building project beginning with setup in Revit to analyzing it in Autodesk Insight. · Prerequisite Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit. · Learning Objective 1: Participants will learn how to create the mass form from which analytical walls, floors and roofs are generated for energy analysis. · Learning Objective 2: Participants will establish heating and cooling loads and settings to establish baseline characteristics of the energy model in Revit. · Learning Objective 3: Participants will learn how to transfer data and analytical geometry from the energy model in Revit to the Autodesk Insight platform for detailed energy analysis. · Learning Objective 4: Participants will learn how to use Autodesk Insight to perform energy analysis for efficient building design.
