Creating a BIM Project Execution Plan

This process will guide you through the creation of a BIM Project Execution Plan, also referred as BIM Plan in this workflow. The recommended steps are based on the research and recommendations by the Penn State CIC Research Program in accordance with the National BIM Standard (NBIMS) product of the BIM Project Execution Planning project by the buildingSMART alliance.
