Working with Proxy Objects in V-Ray for Revit
This Process steps through common tasks when working with proxy objects in VRay for Revit. Proxy objects can be used to replace the geometry and materials of a Revit family in a VRay render. For example, you can use a very basic chair family in your Revit model for construction documents, but use a much more detailed mesh object for rendering.
