AIA Accredited Course Eagle Point Software AIA CE Provider Number 404109445. CMR001 – Conceptual Massing in Revit – Earn 1 AIA (USA) LU. This course is eligible for AIA Continuing Education Credits.
AIA (USA) Learning Objectives Participants will learn how to produce more complex designs with the Revit platform using the massing tools which will elevate the human experience with the building and site. Prerequisite Knowledge: Basic Revit knowledge. Learning Objective 1: Participants will become familiar with the user interface and tools of the conceptual massing environment in Revit. Learning Objective 2: Participants will be able to create masses for simple and complex building forms and use these to analyze building envelope energy consumption and efficiency via the selection of rated wall, floor and roofing materials. Learning Objective 3: Participants will learn to create intelligent and complex roof geometry designs from massing elements with the Revit platform. Learning Objective 4: Participants will learn to create intelligent and complex curtain wall designs from massing elements with the Revit platform.
