Rory Vance is the Support Team Leader at Eagle Point Software. In this role, Rory manages the Eagle Point Software Support Team and ensures that all clients receive the best in-class support and service they deserve.

Rory brings a wealth of experience and entrepreneurial spirit to his role at Eagle Point Software. Throughout his career, Rory has demonstrated a strong aptitude for leadership and innovation, having co-founded and successfully exited two businesses in the software and service industries. Most recently, Rory co-founded CADtest, which later rebranded to CADSmart and eventually evolved into KnowledgeSmart. KnowledgeSmart’s success led to its acquisition by Eagle Point Software in 2021.

Outside of work, Rory enjoys time spent with his family. His interests include listening to jazz and classical music, playing the alto saxophone, reading, cycling, rowing, watching movies, and attending the theatre. He is also passionate about traveling to new places and exploring the application of AI in business to enhance customer service.
