One of our main challenges was raising awareness among Arcadis’ 36,000 staff about the Series platform. To address this, we established a global, cross-functional committee led by our Customer Success Manager, Renee Riffey. This group meets biweekly and brings together colleagues from across the business to share best practices, coordinate training, and ensure everyone can make the most of Pinnacle Series. Renee’s leadership and hands-on support have been instrumental in driving engagement and enabling our teams to unlock the platform’s full potential.
