PDF Creation

Bluebeam Revu provides plugins to quickly generate PDF from the source design applications like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit. Multiple PDFs and multipage PDF can be generated from these plugins. Stamps, bookmarks, and password-protected PDFs can be generated as well. This process will document how to create a multipage PDF with bookmarks and stamps from Revit as an example.
Document Review

Bluebeam Revu can compile and organize a group of PDFs or a multipage PDF automatically generating bookmarks and hyperlinks. Markups can be applied to address concerns or problems in the project design. This process will demonstrate how this can be accomplished.
Review Coordination

Bluebeam Revu can serve as a tool to facilitate the follow through on markups made to the PDF set. Markups can be assigned to individuals on the project team, and those individuals can in turn use Bluebeam Revu to acknowledge completion of the markups that they have been tasked with. This process will demonstrate how this can be done.
