Eagle Point Software Acquires Global eTraining, Expanding Learning Capabilities and Accelerating Innovation

Dubuque, IA – October 30, 2026 – Eagle Point Software, maker of the Pinnacle Series applied learning platform for architecture, engineering, construction, operations (AECO), design, and manufacturing industries, today announced it has acquired Global eTraining, an Alberta, Canada-based provider of online learning solutions for professionals in architecture, engineering, construction, and manufacturing. 

Both companies serve technical professionals in the same industries, and both focus on training that ties directly to the work AECO, design, and manufacturing professionals perform every day. The combination brings together two organizations with complementary expertise and a shared commitment to helping customers develop their people, improve technology adoption, and achieve better business outcomes. Together, the organizations will build on their respective strengths to deliver greater value to customers while creating new opportunities for innovation and growth.
