Eagle Point Software has acquired Global eTraining, an Alberta, Canada-based provider of online learning solutions for AECO and manufacturing professionals. The news was announced on November 2, 2026.

Both companies serve technical professionals in many of the same industries, and our learning technologies complement each other. Together, we have more resources to accelerate our innovation for our customers.
What does Global eTraining bring to Eagle Point Software?
Global eTraining brings its own learning technology, content, and industry expertise that complement what Eagle Point Software offers through Pinnacle Series. Both companies have developed unique capabilities to support the needs of AECO, design, and manufacturing professionals.

Pinnacle Series is Eagle Point Software’s applied learning platform for architecture, engineering, construction, owner, design, and manufacturing organizations. It combines an expert-built course library with skills assessments, personalized learning paths, and knowledge management tools.

Someone from the combined Content Development team will contact each partner individually.
